Parlamentstagungen sind ein Eckpfeiler demokratischer Regierungsführung, doch gab es in der Vergangenheit bedauerliche Fälle, in denen Tagungen aufgrund von Verfahrensfehlern oder Verfassungsverstößen für ungültig erklärt wurden. Im Geiste der Transparenz und Rechenschaftspflicht dokumentiert diese Seite solche Fälle und unterstreicht damit die entscheidende Bedeutung der Einhaltung rechtlicher und verfassungsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen. Durch die Anerkennung dieser Ereignisse will die Regierung aus der Vergangenheit lernen und die Integrität der parlamentarischen Abläufe stärken.
