Standing Parliamentary Commission on World Courts

(body established by the Parliament)

The First Provisional World Parliament established a Standing Parliamentary Commission on World Courts (SPC-WC) for the implemention of the World Legislative Act #5, thereby establishing a world court system.

Members:

The Commission consists of six members: Five Members of the Provisional World Parliament (having legal training and experience or evident global legal competence) and one member of the legal profession in California, U.S.A.

The Commission may also co-opt up to five additional members.

New members appointment is pending the next session of Parliament.
